Uloom Training offers professional training in Project Management, Business Administration and Information Technology. The training was quite good. However, it was difficult for me to know what I would actually be using in my day to day work as I am a fairly new employee here. The instructor Allan, was great able to explain excel operations very well for a beginner like myself.

I was the only person in the class so he tailored his presentation to my needs. One of the best courses I have attended. If I would have left after the first hour I would have considered the course a 100% success.

Too much material covered in one session. I would prefer less material be covered and more time spent on practicing what was being learned. This course could easily be split up into 2 sessions. I found the building in which the training was held, quite run down and dingy. Not what I was expecting for the rate charged for the course. The office where the training was held was not too bad, but as it was a shared office and I could hear the man in the office next to us on the phone which was a little distracting. The instructor was very good and I enjoyed learning from him, but he took two phone calls during the class, and even though they were very short (just seconds), I thought it was unprofessional.

Need more light on the end of the room where training was conducted. Also little tidy up will look more presentable (too many wires on the floor, 2 projectors and their wires, white board was loose and wobbly).

This course was very good as I was the only student and the instructor was a CPA (US) and I am a CA so all of my issues were understood by him. He was gracious and very competant which aways is a good set of skills to have. He was probably the best insructor I have had in any of the courses I have taken since university over 35 years ago. I learned a lot. The course met my expectation. Inman (the instructor) was well informed. He knew his subject and didn't limit information if asked because it's in level 2. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I was quite happy with my experience taking the PMP course at Uloom. The instructor was thorough and gave many examples of each concept which helped to understand some terms and ideas better. The course is very well designed and taught except there is too much content to cover in only 4 sessions. and its hard for the learner to grasp this much information in short period of 4 sessions only. Other wise its very helpful and commendable.
